中国下一代轻型车辆:“勇士”越野车

    北京吉普车公司(BJC)现在正在发展一种轻型越野车辆去代替现在解放军(PLA)服役中的陈旧BJ2020SJ系列轻型车辆。车辆,即是“勇士”,在2005年5月初次公开亮相。批量生产期望从2006年开始。新车系列二种基本改型:五座位0.5吨设计和8座位0.75吨设计。


0.5 吨型-“勇士”轻型车辆的车箱最多容纳五人和一个后部货物箱。(The 0.5- variant of ‘Brave Warrior’ lightweight vehicle has accommodation for up to five people and a rear cargo compartment.)


0.75 吨型-“勇士”轻型车辆的车箱最多容纳七人。它也是拥有外观好看的后车箱能用于货物或武器平台。(The 0.75t variant of the ‘Brave Warrior’ has accommodation for up to seven passengers. It’s specious rear compartment can also be used for cargo or weapon platform.)

    计划

    PLA常规武器部门在2002年9月已经选择北京吉普车公司(BJC)发展它的下一代多任务轻型(0.5~0.75吨)越野车辆。据说是中国第一个经过公开投标的军事设备发展计划。在1999年宣布计划之后,十个中国车辆制造厂为合同提交他们的竞标。在2002年BJC最后在四回合竞争之后获胜。新的车辆要代替PLA服役中也被BJC制造的BJ2020SJ系列轻型越野车辆。

    BJC展示它的新一代轻型越野车辆,即“勇士”,在2005年5月北京举办的一个国际科学和科技博览会期间。开始批量生产“勇士”预定从2006年开始。车辆将会代替现在PLA服役中的BJ2020SJ/BJ212用于指挥和联络、运送、侦察和突击武器平台。第一批车辆期望2007~2008年进入服役。


“勇士”二种基本改型:0.5 吨采用2,600 毫米轴距和0.75 吨型采用2,800 毫米轴距。0.5 吨型有一个驾驶员座位和四个乘客座位。(The ‘Brave Warrior’ has two basic variants available: 0.5t model with 2,600mm wheelbase and 0.75t model with 2,800mm wheelbase. The 0.5t model has one driver seat and four passenger seats.)

    设计

    车辆部份以1997年被取消BJC的被称为“挑战者”四轮传动越野车技术为基础。车辆4X4结构,而且车底盘可采用二种不同的轴距尺寸,2,600毫米和2,800毫米。 车体在一个支承构架上方配备有帆布顶。车辆也有一对用于恶劣道路状态上旅行配备的螺旋弹簧H-臂型非独立悬挂。


0.75 吨型-“勇士”使用帆布车顶和支承构架可以移除。(The 0.75t class variant of ‘Brave Warrior’ with its canvas roof and supporting frame removed.)

   车辆构架为在直升飞机下面吊载有六个吊环。车辆也有选择项,配备有一个前或后电动绞车用于自回收。

    电子系统

    车辆有一个双重卫星导航系统(全球定位系统和GLONASS)和集团无线电通信系统。它有二个安装无线电天线位置。不同的电子或通信系统被经由一个数据总线连接。车载电源是12/24V。


车辆安装水冷3.152 公升涡轮增压柴油发动机,在3600转/分钟时功率101.5 千瓦,2000转/分钟313 Nm扭矩。手动变速箱有五个前进档和一个倒车档。(The vehicle is powered by a liquid-cooled, 3.152 litre, turbo charged diesel engine proving 101.5kW at 3600 r/min, and generate 313Nm torque at 2000 r/min. The manual gear box has five forward gear and one reverse gear.)

    发动机

    车辆由水冷3.152公升涡轮增压发动机提供3600转/分钟时101.5千瓦和2000转/分钟时313Nm扭矩。手动变速箱有五个前进档和一个倒车档。发动机能在-30°C时10~20 秒内启动和-40°C时在30~45秒内启动。车辆有一个85公升燃料箱和一个18公升附加油箱,最大的行程是1,000公里。

NEXT-GENERATION LIGHTWEIGHT VEHICLE

Beijing Jeep Corporation Ltd (BJC) is currently developing a new lightweight cross-country vehicle to replace the ageing BJ2020SJ series lightweight vehicle currently in service with the PLA. The vehicle, known as ‘Brave Warrior’, made its debut in May 2005. The batch production is expected to begin in 2006. There are two basic variants in the series: the five-seat 0.5 tonne design and 8-seat 0.75 tonne design.

PROGRAMME

The PLA General Armament Department announced in September 2002 that Beijing Jeep Corporation Ltd (BJC) has been selected to develop its next generation multirole lightweight (0.5~0.75t) cross-country vehicle. This is said to be China’s first military equipment development programme available for public bidding. Following the announcement of the programme in 1999, ten Chinese car makers submitted their bids for the contract. BJC was finally chosen in 2002 after four rounds of competition. The new vehicle is to replace the PLA’s BJ2020SJ series lightweight cross-country vehicle, which is also built by BJC.

BJC revealed its new-generation lightweight cross-country vehicle, known as ‘Brave Warrior’, during an international science and tech expo held in Beijing in May 2005. The initial batch production of ‘Brave Warrior’ is scheduled to begin in 2006. The vehicle will replace the BJ2020SJ/BJ212 currently in service with the PLA for command and liaison, transport, reconnaissance, and weapon platform purposes. The first vehicle is expected to enter service by 2007~2008.

DESIGN

The vehicle is partially based on the technology of the BJC’s cancelled ‘Challenger’ SUV introduced in 1997. The vehicle is in the form of 4X4, and the chassis is available with two different wheelbase dimensions, 2,600mm and 2,800mm. The body of the vehicle is fitted with a canvas roof over a supporting frame. The vehicle also has a pair of H-arm type non-independent suspension fitted with helical springs for travelling on rough road conditions.

The vehicle frame has six hoist rings for sling under the helicopter. The vehicle also has the option to be fitted with a front- or rear- electronic winch for self recovery.

ELECTRONICS

The vehicle has a dual satellite navigation system (GPS and GLONASS) and group radio communication system. It has the posts to fit two radio antennas. Different electronic or communication systems are connected via a data bus. The onboard power supply is 12/24V.

ENGINE

The vehicle is powered by a liquid-cooled, 3.152 litre, turbo charged diesel engine proving 101.5kW at 3600 r/min, and generate 313Nm torque at 2000 r/min. The manual gear box has five forward gear and one reverse gear. The engine can start within 10~20 seconds at -30°C, or 30~45 seconds at -40°C. The vehicle has a 85 litre main fuel tank and a 18 auxiliary tank. The maximum range is 1,000km.
